Program Overview
Our Beauty Parlour Training Program is a skill-based livelihood initiative designed to empower young women and students with practical beauty and wellness skills. The program focuses on creating employment and self-reliance opportunities by providing structured training, hands-on practice, and professional exposure.


Training Centers
To ensure wider accessibility, the program is conducted through multiple training centers. We currently operate two primary centers:
- Ekta Center (Hira Bhagol)
- Hasti Soneswer Center
These centers are equipped to provide a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for students.
Course Structure
The program offers a 4-month comprehensive beauty parlour course, covering both theoretical knowledge and intensive practical training. Students are guided by experienced trainers to develop confidence, technical skills, and industry readiness.

Certification & Support
Upon successful completion of the course:
- Students receive a course completion certificate
- Each student is provided with a beauty parlour gift kit from the foundation
- Guidance is offered to help students pursue jobs or start self-employment
